Software updates, enhancements and new releases are available online. Fishbowl offers software updates on a regular basis throughout the year to make sure you have the latest features. And Fishbowl makes it easy to update your software to the current version, as long as you have a current license key. So be sure to renew each year to keep getting Fishbowl’s upgrades!

Support Options

When you are just getting started and you have questions about how to use certain aspects of the software, you can get readily available answers from Fishbowl’s support team. There are a number of ways to receive support, including chat, email, and phone calls.

Chat Support

Chat online with a Fishbowl support representative to get answers to your questions in real time. These professionals know the software inside and out, and they’ll definitely be able to help you, whether you have a basic question or you’re making a more in-depth inquiry into Fishbowl’s advanced features.

Email Support

You can write an email detailing your question and send it to Fishbowl’s support team at any time. The email address you should send it to is A representative will respond to you as quickly as possible, and they’ll obviously be able to respond faster if you send your email during regular business hours Monday through Friday.

Fishbowl’s support team is just a phone call away at 1.800.774.7085, Ext. 3. They’re happy to help answer your questions. Phone calls that last under 10 minutes are unlimited for current license key holders while calls lasting over 10 minutes are dependent on the number of users purchased.
