With a background as a CFO and early adopter of Fishbowl in the United States, he brings deep operational and financial expertise to the role. His leadership combines strategic insight with practical understanding of the challenges faced by manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution businesses.

Since establishing the Asia-Pacific business in 2011, Simon has overseen the delivery of comprehensive inventory, manufacturing, and warehouse-management solutions to hundreds of organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. He has driven major strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of SalesIn and the integration of the long-standing APAC distribution partner into Fishbowl's global structure — moves that expanded the company's product suite and unified regional operations. His people-first, consultative approach ensures implementations and support services remain tailored, responsive, and grounded in real business workflow needs.

Following the 2022 global consolidation, Simon has played a central role in accelerating Fishbowl's growth as a unified international business. The Asia-Pacific operation has strengthened its alignment with global strategy, expanded its service capacity, and capitalised on rising demand for scalable inventory and manufacturing solutions. Under his leadership, Fishbowl APAC continues to advance its position as a key growth engine within the company's worldwide footprint.
