Although it operates as a national business, YV Packaging has primarily supported local growers throughout this time. The Challenge

However, through the Fishbowl Maintenance program, YV Packaging receives regular updates, and a subsequent version was able to meet all the needs of the business.

The Results

For three years, YV Packaging has run daily operations on Fishbowl Warehouse, continuously discovering new features to improve everyday processes. The Maintenance Software program delivers regular updates with new capabilities, and the company has found the Ocean Support program excellent for its speed and flexibility to call for priority support anytime.

Glenn noted how easy the integration process was between Fishbowl and Reckon Accounts, particularly when uploading inventory data. Customers, vendors, stock, and inventory amounts are imported into CSV files and uploaded to Fishbowl. If there are any mistakes in the file, Fishbowl identifies exactly which line contains the error so it can be quickly rectified and the upload completed with clean data.
