Fishbowl CRM · powered by Repfabric
Enter the deal once. It becomes the order, the invoice and the commission.
Reps sell from what actually shipped. Commissions calculate themselves from the invoice. Sales, orders, shipments and invoices in one system, instead of a CRM, a spreadsheet and a lot of retyping.

Customers, contacts, products, quotes and orders move both ways between Fishbowl and Fishbowl CRM.
Generic CRMs stop at "closed won." Fishbowl CRM follows the order to the commission it earns.
For a business that ships product, "closed won" is where the real work starts.
- The order The rep closes the deal in the CRM. Someone in the office types it again as a sales order, and the rep never sees what shipped.
- The commission Worked out in a spreadsheet from last month's report. Partial shipments and returns get caught by hand, or by the rep, after payroll.
- The paperwork Notes, quotes and mileage wait for the evening, or for Sunday.

Does my email work with it?
Outlook and Gmail integration is included as standard, not an add-on.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, iOS and Android. Contacts, call logging with voice-to-text notes, opportunities, expenses and mileage.
We already run Salesforce or HubSpot. Do we have to move?
