Fishbowl Inventory Adds Multi-Currency to Sales Orders

On September 12, 2013, Fishbowl released version 2013.6 of its inventory management software, which is equipped with a number of new features. Fishbowl Inventory's sales orders are compatible with multiple currencies, Fishbowl Inventory BlogThe biggest change is that users can now use the Multi-Currency feature in Sales Orders. Fishbowl Inventory users have been able to use multiple currencies in Purchase Orders since April of this year. Now that Fishbowl offers this multi-currency feature in both Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, businesses that use the software can more easily manage transactions with vendors and customers in other countries. Fishbowl Inventory 2013.6 also gives users the ability to:
  • Set each customer’s preferred currency when you add them to the database.
  • Sales orders automatically use the currency associated with each customer when a sales order is created for them.
  • Export and import each customer’s currency to and from QuickBooks, respectively.
  • Allow QuickBooks to update your currencies as often as you like.
