Auto Reorder Points

Fishbowl lets you easily create auto reorder points based on past sales and future projections. You can also manually create company-wide or location-specific reorder points. Simply hit the Auto PO (Purchase Order) button and Fishbowl will calculate how much to order and from whom. Once you have reorder points set up and an item reaches its reorder point, Fishbowl automatically creates a PO for that item containing the preferred vendor and the proper quantity. You can immediately issue the PO to the vendor or alter it first and then issue it. This function is a huge time saver!

Quick Find Functionality

Along with the purchasing process, every company needs to be extremely efficient in its sales process. Fishbowl helps you achieve that with its ability to easily find the right product using its Quick Find feature. It shows an image of any product and its current quantity, location, and other relevant data to help you find it. Fishbowl also integrates with a number of merchant services and payment gateways, such as Authorize.Net, CardConnect, QuickBooks Payments, and Square. These allow you to process payments through all major credit cards, like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. That way, your sales representatives don’t have to log into QuickBooks to process payments. They can do it right through Fishbowl’s interface, and then Fishbowl sends that information along to QuickBooks to be recorded in the general ledger.

Emailing Customers

Once an order is issued and shipped, Fishbowl will ask if you want to send your customer an email with the appropriate tracking information and packing list. This email will also have the sales order attached, and you can customize the To, Cc, Bcc, and Body fields. This is a great tool to keep your customers in the loop when they are expecting products to be shipped to them. They can check the progress of their shipments on their own rather than calling your company and tying up your resources to get updates.
