Reviewing the Payment Reviewer Module

When you receive payments into Fishbowl via SalesPoint or the Sales Order module, they will show up in the Payment Viewer module. The Search panel on the left of the module organizes them by date, SO number, amount, and customer name. Double-click on a payment and it will go into even greater detail about the transaction, in addition to the information listed above:

• Payment Method
• Transaction Date and Time
• Direct Funds
• Received by
• Posted to Accounting

You can click on the SO number at the top to go straight to the sales order and get the details on what products were sold. We’ll take on the Tax Rate module next week, so we’ll see you then.
