Customers using these products will lose access to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, Desktop Payments (merchant services), live technical support, Intuit Data Protect, Online Banking, critical security updates, and more.
Intuit will no longer be offering new subscriptions to QuickBooks Pro & Premier after July 31st, 2024 and will continue with a phaseout journey to move all customers to QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Online.
While QuickBooks Desktop is not being phased out immediately, the sunsetting process has already begun, and they eventually want to move customers entirely to QuickBooks Online.
