Is there a way to add custom fields linked to an RMA (SO, MO, etc) item? For adding "Reported Problem" and "Outcome" fields rather than just the one general "Notes" field.
- Both the RMA Issue list and the RMA Resolution list can be customized on the Custom Lists tab of the Custom Field module.
Is there a method to add a Kit to an RMA? We sell products as kits and need to return them as kits, currently we are only seeing that the RMA function allows individual products to be returned.
