How do I access Live Chat?

A chat window will open and ask you for the following information prior to your chat: Your name, Email address, Company name, Phone number, OS platform, Fishbowl version, Subject, and a Description of the issue you're experiencing. While some of this information is optional, it is helpful in assisting you with your software so please provide as much information as possible. If it is after hours, you can submit a support request in the chat window and our team will get back to you by email as soon as possible.
