You can immediately issue the PO to the vendor or alter it first and then issue it. This function is a huge time saver!
Quick Find Functionality
Along with the purchasing process, every company needs to be extremely efficient in its sales process. Fishbowl helps you achieve that with its ability to easily find the right product using its Quick Find feature. It shows an image of any product and its current quantity, location, and other relevant data to help you find it. Fishbowl also integrates with a number of merchant services and payment gateways, such as Authorize.Net, CardConnect, QuickBooks Payments, and Square. These allow you to process payments through all major credit cards, like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. That way, your sales representatives don’t have to log into QuickBooks to process payments. They can do it right through Fishbowl’s interface, and then Fishbowl sends that information along to QuickBooks to be recorded in the general ledger.
Once an order is issued and shipped, Fishbowl will ask if you want to send your customer an email with the appropriate tracking information and packing list. This email will also have the sales order attached, and you can customize the To, Cc, Bcc, and Body fields.
