Salespeople can now verify inventory counts, prices, descriptions, and more in Salesforce
OREM, Utah, April 25, 2014 – Inventory management data is now available for the first time to salespeople using Salesforce® through the new app, Fishbowl for Salesforce®. Salespeople used to be unable to verify they had the products in stock to fulfill orders while selling to customers, but now they can see inventory counts, product descriptions, prices, and other information before selling.
Salesforce users can now pick a carrier to deliver products to customers, track an order’s progress in the warehouse, and do other things to ensure a positive customer experience, all within Salesforce. Fishbowl for Salesforce is currently available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Fishbowl® is also preparing to launch a new program called Fishbowl Workforce. Fishbowl Workforce is an online workforce management application that allows businesses to quickly manage employee time, reporting for payroll, overtime calculations, attendance, and human resource features.
