CTRL + N = Create a new order
CTRL + Shift + X = Delete an item
CTRL + Shift + R = Add a line item tax rate
CTRL + Shift + M = Add a miscellaneous item
CTRL + Shift + D = Add a discount item
CTRL + Shift + S = Add a subtotal item
CTRL + Q = Check out
CTRL + Shift + A = Add an item
CTRL + Shift + P = Associated price
CTRL + Shift + Up Arrow = Move a line item up
CTRL + Shift + Down Arrow = Move a line item down
CTRL + Shift + Plus(+) = Quantity up
CTRL + Shift + Minus(-) = Quantity down
