Return Merchandise Authorizations are important tools that facilitate the return process. And you can make them even easier to put in place when you use these four hotkeys in Fishbowl’s RMA module.
CTRL + R = Create a credit return sales order
CTRL + I = Send the resolved items to the customer
CTRL + Shift + A = Add a link for the selected line item when in the Links tab
CTRL + Shift + E = Edit a link for the selected line item when in the Links tab
