There are four categories in the My Fishbowl module:

In this section, you’ll find information about your:
- Account name
- Support expiration date
- Remaining days
- Account sales executive
- Number of users purchased
- Available training hours
Not only can you see this information, but you can renew your support contract and purchase additional training hours. You’ll also see the status of your requests for custom reports, whether they’re open or closed.
This is a nice, simple section. It displays your company’s billing and shipping addresses, as well as your list of contacts, including their titles and phone numbers. And you can edit existing contacts and/or add new ones at your discretion.
There are numerous ancillary products and plugins that are available to be purchased for Fishbowl Manufacturing and Fishbowl Warehouse. For a list of plugins, visit the Fishbowl Plugins page. It is huge.
A new ticket is generated every time you contact the Fishbowl Support team. You can see open and closed tickets in this section and also discover when they were created and the results.
