If you’re using QuickBooks, you probably already have a QuickBooks Payments account for taking credit cards. Fishbowl integrates seamlessly with this merchant service or payment gateway, so you can accept payments from customers right through the Fishbowl interface in its Payment Gateway module.
Here are the main features of this integration:
- QuickBooks Payments is built into Fishbowl’s interface, so you don’t have to install it; you just have to activate it.
- There’s nothing to download, so the setup process is relatively simply to begin receiving credit card payments. Fishbowl walks you through all of the steps.
- QuickBooks Payments lets you accept all major credit cards and then add them to Fishbowl’s Sales Order module.
- As I’ve noted in previous blog posts, Fishbowl integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks, so all payments it receives will be automatically added to the accounting solution.
Next week we’ll go down under to discuss Fishbowl’s integration with Reckon!
