How to Pack and Ship Orders in Fishbowl

After you pick a sales order, you, of course, want to pack and ship it out to your customers. This video shows how to get to the Packing module in Fishbowl, find your sales orders in it and then prepare them for packing and shipping. Part of this process is finding the right number of shipping containers for all of the items you’re shipping. You can add more cartons if the items in the picked sales order don’t fit in only one. In addition, you can print a packing list to go with the shipment. This is often a requirement for the customers on the receiving end to verify the costs and ensure they got everything they ordered. Then you can select the shipper you want to use and instantly get a shipping confirmation.
