Take Note: You Can Now Add Notes to Fishbowl’s Sales Orders

When our customers ask for new features, we listen! For example, we got numerous requests for notes to be added as line items on sales orders. In the newest version of Fishbowl Manufacturing and Fishbowl Warehouse, not only can you do that, but you can also display those notes on the Sales Order report. Why would this be an important feature? Because you may not be able to capture all of the information about a particular sale or customer in the regular fields on a sales order. It could be really useful to have a place to write important notes to help with packing the order, addressing the customer’s concerns, and so forth. This is one of those things that can help personalize customer service so nothing is forgotten through the order fulfillment process. This is just one of the many new features in Fishbowl 2015.
