Mary Michelle Scott became the president of Fishbowl in 2011 when she worked to save the company with Williams.

He showed great respect to her by inviting her to become his business partner and listening to her advice. She has rewarded his leap of faith by showing equal respect to everyone in the company and helping Fishbowl navigate dangerous waters.

Enjoy her video about respect. And get a copy of The 7 Non-Negotiables of Winning today.

Last week Williams introduced the 7 Non-Negotiables. Next week we’ll have a video about the 2nd Non-Negotiable: Belief. Stay tuned!
