It can be tough to sort through them all and find ones that will be most helpful to your business. So I’ve gone through many of them and found 10 that you should definitely consider joining:
On Startups – The Community for Entrepreneurs: Get tips from other entrepreneurs and share your own insights into how you’re building a successful business.
The Executive Suite: This exclusive group only welcomes people in senior leadership positions. You can ask a fellow executive for an invitation to instantly join and start connecting with other executives.
eMarketing Association: If you want to be part of LinkedIn’s biggest collection of online marketers, eMarketing Association is the place for you. It always has hundreds of discussions for you to participate in.
Marketing, PR & Sales Innovators: This is another great group for online marketers and other professionals to be a part of.
Future Trends: The Future Trends group isn’t just for marketers. It includes anyone involved in looking to the future in terms of product design, customer service, and much more.
Social Media Marketing: With more than 400,000 members, Social Media Marketing is the biggest group dedicated to social media on LinkedIn. They do a good job keeping spam out of the group’s discussions.
LinkedIn Accounting: Whether you’re a professional accountant or simply have accounting questions, LinkedIn Accounting is a great group.
Lean Six Sigma: The Lean Six Sigma group has a lot of diversity in terms of the industries they cover and the opportunities they present. Everything from job openings to business strategies are found in here.

In addition to the groups mentioned above, there are two more you should follow on LinkedIn: the Fishbowl Company and the Fishbowl Group. You can get valuable updates on Fishbowl Inventory software, QuickBooks tips, and much more. So once you’ve signed up for the groups above that apply to you, remember to join Fishbowl’s groups next.
