You can also call on Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. MT.
Also, keep in mind that the cost of After-Hours Support is $85 per half hour. Most problems take less than 30 minutes to solve. After-Hours Support isn’t available on U.S. federal holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, which are both right around the corner.
