The User Group Module allows an administrator to assign rights within each User Group a user has access to. Administrators may limit users to the reports they may view as well as limit parts, inventory, or accounting information.

The following functions may be performed within the User Group Module:

• Create new User Groups
• Assign users to User Groups
• Specify user rights within each User Group
• Create and print memos

By default, Fishbowl includes a handful of user groups:

• Accounting
• Purchasing
• Receiving
• Reports
• Sales
• Shipping
• Warehouse
