The Sales Module Group offers functions regarding any selling aspect of Fishbowl. The following functions are available through the Sales Module Group:

[edit] Point of Sale Module

• Create orders at the Point of Sale

[edit] Sales Order Module

• Create Sales Orders with parts of a sale type, credit return, or drop ship
• Quick Ship Sales Orders
• Make payments for Sales Orders

[edit] Picking Module

• The Picking Module allows for parts to be picked and if necessary sent to the Shipping Module
• The Pick Location and Tracking Information may be selected at this point
• The Pick Tickets can be printed out for picking.

[edit] Shipping Module

• You will ship items from here
• Create and edit cartons
• Add weight and cost to each carton

[edit] RMA Module

• Create a credit return from here
• Link existing PO's, SO's, and WO's

[edit] Customer

• Manage Customers
• Create and modify customer groups

[edit] Pricing

• Create pricing specific to one customer or customer groups
• Create pricing for a date range
• Create pricing rules for a minimum and maximum quantity

[edit] Discount

• Create as many discounts as needed
