Available: The quantity available. This is calculated by Available = On Hand - Allocated - Not Available + Drop ShipAllocated: The amount of inventory allocated (or assigned) to other orders. For example, inventory on issued Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Transfer Orders. Allocated also takes into account inventory on Work Orders.
Drop Ship: The quantity being drop shipped directly to customers
Location: Examples of locations may include stock rooms, sales floors, or loading docks.
Not Available: The quantity in locations that are marked 'Not Available'
On Hand: The total amount of inventory in stock.
Product: Products are items you sell.Part: A part may be a single item you purchase; however, several parts could be purchased then used as sub-components, (or bill of materials) to make a finished part/product
