For many wholesale distributors, manufacturers, and other businesses, shipping is a major issue that can have a huge impact on customer satisfaction. That’s why Fishbowl Inventory® 2013 now offers advanced UPS features to take the worry out of shipping.

Fishbowl Inventory has integrated with UPS for the better part of a decade. But this year we became a certified UPS Ready Provider and we are excited to release Fishbowl Inventory 2013®, with integrated UPS shipping. The integrated UPS shipping provides Fishbowl customers with seamless shipping capabilities that let you process and ship orders from within Fishbowl Inventory.

With the new UPS integrated features, Fishbowl users can perform the following tasks without having to open a Web browser or leave Fishbowl Inventory:

  • Automatically send shipment notices to UPS for pickup
  • Compare cost estimates for different shipping types (e.g., air, ground, and next day)
  • Print UPS labels from Fishbowl Inventory 2013
  • Automatically email UPS packing lists and tracking numbers to customers when their packages are shipped
