All Fishbowl Inventory software packages come with one year of Maintenance and Support (M & S). After the first year you may renew your support package by calling 1.800.774.7085 ext. 3. The first year of M & S includes the following:
- First 30 days
To help you get started as quickly as possible, you get unlimited phone support during the first 30 days. Your 30-day period begins on the initial purchase date (renewing your M & S contract or purchasing additional users does not begin a new 30 day period).
- Unlimited Call-in support
After the initial 30-days of support, Fishbowl Inventory offers unlimited phone support for calls up to ten minutes for as long as your M & S contract is current (calls that exceed ten minutes will use an incident).
- Incidents
An incident is any support call that exceeds ten minutes. Each Fishbowl Inventory package comes with a specified number of incidents. Additional incidents may be purchased as needed or as a package that includes free incidents.
- Training
Every Fishbowl Inventory package includes at least 2 hours of training. Training can be used to setup Fishbowl Inventory, problem solve, or tour Fishbowl Inventory's many features. You will want to schedule your training about a week in advance to get the time that is best for you. If you prefer not to use all your training at once, you can save them for future use. We recommend that you use your hours at the beginning to ensure that you are setting up Fishbowl Inventory correctly. Training hours vary depending on the package you purchased, but again, you may purchase more hours.
