Fishbowl Inventory

Fishbowl Inventory is priced by the number of user licenses and the support plan. All user licenses are concurrent user, non-expiring licenses. All purchases include unlimited online training videos, one-on-one internet-based training, and an unlimited-phone-call training period.   Included with purchase:

• Web-based Training: One-on-one internet-based training with a professional Fishbowl Inventory® trainer.
• Training Period: Unlimited phone support during training period.
• Online Training Videos: Pre-recorded training videos available online anytime.
• Support: Licenses include one year of maintenance and support. Additional training and support options are available. See Additional Products and Services below for prices. Support plans are available for one, two, or three years and include unlimited chat sessions, emails, and phone calls under 10 minutes. Plans also include a specified number of phone calls over 10 minutes.
• Chat Support: Online chat with a Fishbowl Inventory® support professional. (8am-5pm MST)
• Email Support: Email support with a Fishbowl Inventory® support professional. (6am-6pm MST)
• Phone Support: Calls under 10 minutes are unlimited for current licenses and calls over 10 minutes are dependent on the number of licenses purchased. Unused calls carry over. (6am-6pm MST) 
• Updates: Software updates, enhancements, and new releases available online.
