User-access Rights

As a manager in Fishbowl, you can control which modules your employees have access to. If you don't want people from one warehouse to see the inventory in another warehouse, you can restrict their access rights to just their warehouse.

Dashboard

When starting your day, you shouldn't have to search through every module to find the information you need. To address this problem, Fishbowl’s Dashboard brings all your "in process" functions onto one screen. At a glance, you can display outstanding Sales Orders, Purchase Orders waiting to be received, inventory needing to be picked, and materials ready to be shipped. The Dashboard is customizable, so you can add or remove exactly what you want. Each item in the Dashboard is linked to its respective module so you can navigate right to the task with one click. Now you’ll be able to find and resolve issues before they start!

Custom reports

Fishbowl comes with various reports to help track your orders and inventory, and analyze your data. All of the reports are also customizable. Fishbowl uses a reports system called iReport, similar to Crystal Reports. With iReport, you can create new reports or customize existing ones using SQL.

Data Import

If you currently track your inventory in Excel, Access or another third-party system, you can import your data directly into Fishbowl. Fishbowl’s import feature allows you to bring in part lists, details, quantities, locations, vendors, customers, and more.

Unlimited Parts, Locations and Users
